Job description

We are hiring a Digital Media Analyst to support campaign reporting, performance analysis, and marketing insights for a boutique U.S. advertising agency.

This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven marketing professional who enjoys analyzing campaign performance, building reports, and identifying opportunities to improve results. You'll work closely with media buyers and account managers to ensure campaigns are accurately tracked, optimized, and presented through clear, actionable reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor digital marketing campaign performance across multiple advertising platforms.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio, AgencyAnalytics, or similar reporting tools.

  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and performance issues.

  • Conduct audience and competitive research to support media planning.

  • Ensure data accuracy across multiple marketing platforms and reporting sources.

  • Create presentation-ready reports and visualizations for internal teams and clients.

  • Collaborate with media buyers and account managers to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Resume in English.

  • Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).

  • 2+ years of experience as a Media Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Digital Marketing Analyst, or similar role.

  • Agency experience is a must.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Experience building dashboards using Looker Studio, AgencyAnalytics, or similar reporting platforms.

  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and digital marketing reporting.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to clearly communicate performance insights to internal teams and clients.

  • Ability to work during U.S. Central business hours.
